Roda Livre

An indoor bike dashboard for iPhone.

Roda Livre connects to an exercise bike over Bluetooth, shows your speed, power, cadence, distance and heart rate on a speedometer, records the ride and can send it to Garmin Connect.

Getting help

The quickest way is inside the app: open Help (the question-mark button) and tap Send feedback. You can report a problem, suggest an idea, or tell us how the app worked with your bike.

You can also write to roda.livre@icloud.com.

Common questions

Which bikes work? Bikes that support the standard Bluetooth fitness protocol (FTMS). Tested so far: Domyos EB140B. Tell us about yours from the Help screen.

My bike doesn't show up. Wake the bike (pedal or press a button), make sure Bluetooth is on, and close other apps that connect to it: most bikes accept one connection at a time.

Heart rate is missing. If the bike doesn't send heart rate, turn on "Broadcast Heart Rate" on a Garmin watch (or use any Bluetooth heart rate strap) before connecting.

Garmin upload fails. The upload uses Garmin's unofficial sign-in, which Garmin can change at any time. You can always use Share .fit and import the file in Garmin Connect on the web.

I don't have a bike. Settings → Try demo ride runs the app with simulated data.
